Programs · English overview

Three programs, one price rule

Every format on one page: who it suits, how a session runs, what you receive. Prices are quoted individually in a chat — never advertised here. The detailed Chinese pages carry the full course specifications.

In short: three formats — 1-on-1 private coaching (in person), a 6-week online camp (remote), and a 90-minute corporate workshop (at your office). All start from a baseline, all report progress against written records, and all prices are quoted in a chat.

02 · The three programs

What each one actually contains

1-on-1 private coaching

Best for: people in or near Hangzhou who want hands-on correction from session one.

Starts with a free 30-minute first consultation (movement screen + goals). Sessions mix JKD skills and standing practice against your written baseline. Deliverables: per-session notes, phase checkpoints, home drill plan.

Online camp (6 weeks)

Best for: remote engineers who want structure and real feedback, not another video library.

Weekly live demo (recorded if you miss it), one daily 15–20 minute task in a shared check-in thread, and weekly video feedback against a fixed camera position. Week 6 ends with a re-shot baseline comparison.

Corporate workshop (90 min)

Best for: tech teams with neck, back and wrist complaints; HR looking for a wellness session that is not yoga.

30 min explanation (why desk bodies fail) → 40 min guided practice (reset sequence + standing basics) → 20 min Q&A. 20 ㎡ of open space is enough; no equipment needed.

03 · Booking

How to start — four steps

  1. Message. One message with your city, rough schedule, and the one problem to solve first (WeChat or the contact form).
  2. Free consultation. A 30-minute chat plus movement screen — in person or by video. You decide after it, not during it.
  3. Baseline. Standing time, posture photos and a short screen are recorded before week one.
  4. Train and re-check. Every phase ends with a check you can feel or film; records stay yours.

Cancellation: 1-on-1 sessions can be moved up to 12 hours ahead at no cost; the online camp runs on fixed cohort dates; corporate workshops are confirmed one week ahead in writing.

FAQ

Program questions in English

How much does 1-on-1 martial arts coaching cost?
Quoted in a chat. City, format and frequency change the math, so nothing is advertised on this site. The first 30-minute consultation is free either way.
What does the online camp include each week?
One live demo session, five short daily tasks (15–20 minutes each) in a check-in thread, and one video-feedback reply against your fixed camera position. Six weeks, then a re-shot baseline comparison.
Can the corporate workshop be held in English?
Yes — the 90-minute workshop can run fully in English for international teams. Confirm language when booking; slides and handouts are bilingual on request.
What equipment do I need at home for the camp?
About 2 square meters of floor, a phone camera on a fixed position, and enough light for the video to show your posture. No equipment purchases are required.
What if the program does not fit me?
The free consultation exists for exactly that outcome. If your goal needs another coach or a doctor first, you will be told so in the first chat — see the about page for the referral rule.
